Q: What if I can’t afford my bill?
A: Apply for hardship by contacting Med-Bill.
Q: What if I feel my bill isn’t correct?
We have set rates for BLS and ALS and then we bill for mileage. You may contact billing and dispute your charges in writing.
Q: How do I pay my bill?
Payment information and options are on the bill that states where to submit payment. Links are on the EMS page.
Q: How do I know if insurance paid on my bill?
Your bill will list the amount, if any, paid by insurance and what portion is yours to pay. It will also show if insurance denied payment. If your claim is denied, any remaining balance is your responsibility.
