Prairie Creek offers stunning water views from our campsites! The sun sets right across the water from our both Primitive and RV campgrounds.

Our primitive campsites are located strictly on the South Shore, which offers a beautiful view of the natural water landscape without modern amenities. It has vault restrooms in close proximity for your convenience. The stay is limited to 7 days in a 30 day period.

Our campground season runs from April 1-October 31. Reservations must be made with the park office. Payment is taken at the time of reservation. Prairie Creek does not offer refunds, but is willing to reschedule within the current camping season if canceled BEFORE the check-in date.

Prairie Creek also offers rentable overnight cabins. The cabins are furnished with electric, air conditioning, dinette and beds that will sleep approximately 4 adults comfortably. You must bring your own linens. There is absolutely no smoking or pets permitted in the cabins. The minimum age to rent a cabin is 21. A cabin rental agreement must be signed and driver’s license presented at every check-in. There is a $20 CASH key deposit required when checking in and refunded at check out. The rate is $100.00 (including tax) per night. Reservations can be made at the office. A 2-night minimum is required for all weekends. Some holidays require more.

Golf carts are permitted with a purchased permit. $5 a day or $100 for the year. Off road vehicles are not permitted to be driven on campground roadways.
